PAYMENT SCHEDULE
Payment policies and penalties are subject to change. As due dates are updated you will be notified before charges become due. Failure to adhere to the payment deadlines will result in the cancellation of your itinerary. Name changes may be permitted and may incur a fee, please email us for more information.

- When you check in, a hold may be placed on your card for the full anticipated amount to be owed to the hotel, including estimated incidentals, through your date of check-out. Any such hold may not be released for 72 hours from the date of check-out or longer at the discretion of your card issuer.

CANCEL POLICIES
If you wish to cancel, please do by 11:59 p.m. on NOV-01-2024, to avoid a cancellation penalty equal to the full stay.
Cancellation policies and penalties are subject to change. Cancellations include any reduction in total occupants, room nights, or rooms. Please always refer to the policies listed by each vendor providing services for your trip. We recommend purchasing Travel Insurance to protect your vacation investment. Other restrictions and policies may apply to excursions.

- Refunds: Any refunds (that may be due, if applicable) will be initiated ONLY to the credit card used to make the transaction (payment), or, in the event a credit card was not used in the processing of a transaction, any applicable refund will be made to the original method of payment. There will be no exceptions to this rule.
TRAVEL INSURANCE
Before purchasing travel insurance, travelers should review the coverage they have to make sure they are not buying duplicate coverage. Travelers need to consider:
- Medical insurance. Most hospitals outside the United States do not honor American health insurance plans. U.S. Medicare does not function outside the country. Counselors should be sure to offer medical insurance to clients who do not have adequate coverage and have them sign a waiver if they decline to purchase it.
- Baggage insurance. Baggage and personal possession insurance protects clients against loss or damage while traveling.
- Trip cancellation insurance. Trip cancellation or trip interruption insurance is particularly important because many clients buy packages or cruises that have severe refund restrictions.
