HOW TO BOOK YOUR FLIGHT:

• We HIGHLY recommend looking into USA flights departing on November 1st and 2nd. 
• Airport Code: Phuket International Airport (HKT or VTSP)
• EASIEST: We book it for you PLUS we offer payment plans + guaranteed price match
• DIY: We suggest Google Flights or Skyscanner.com - Flight MUST arrive before 4pm.
• Personal travel insurance (we can help you)
• Please keep in mind the flight duration and time zone when booking your trip.

VACCINATIONS:

• No vax, boosters, or COVID tests are required

PASSPORT & VISA:

• USA travelers do not need a visa upfront and will be given a free visa upon arrival at airport
• All passports MUST have at least 6 months before expiration date and 2 blank pages.

To confirm your spot, a non-refundable deposit of $300 is required.

WE OFFER TWO PAYMENT OPTIONS:

• Pay your trip in full upfront.
• Choose our payment plan at no additional cost. This allows monthly payments up to 30 days before departure. You will see installment dates of the payment plan during the checkout process after adding the deposit to your cart.

CHOICE OF ACCOMMODATION:

SHARED Occupancy:

• This option you will be assigned with another person to shared a room. 
• If you opt for shared occupancy, and you are traveling alone, you will be matched with another traveler of the same gender to share the room with for the duration of the trip.
• You can request to stay with someone you know joining us or any room preferences, please email us TRIPS@PASSPORTLUXX.COM.

PRIVATE ROOM Occupancy:

• This is to have a room to yourself with no one else in it.

CANCELLATIONS & REFUNDS:

• We provide cancellation solutions that offer 100% flexibility, such as transferring your trip credit for FREE to another future Passport Luxx trip (excluding the deposit). This is valid up to 60 days before the scheduled trip.
• If the trip is less than 30 days before departure date, you will not be eligible for a refund.

INSURANCE POLICY:

• Unexpected situations can occur, and for those circumstances, we STRONGLY recommend that you consider purchasing travel insurance for added protection (we can help with this).

LATE FEES:

• In case you miss an installment payment there is a late fee of $50. 
• You may request a payment extension if submitted at least 3 days prior to due date.
