Fork n Fly will put a package for you and your guest to enjoy from finding the best group rate at a selected resort, booking airfare, arranging transfers, collecting payments, and much more. We will do all the hard work so you can enjoy your vacation and make a lifetime of memories with your friends and family.
Once a quote is issued, you have 10 days to book (deposit) your customized vacation and this plan to go fee will go towards the booking. If you do not book (deposit) within 10 days, this plan to go fee will be kept as compensation. You will then have to ask for a new quote and a new plan to go fee will be implemented. In the event of cancellation of travel for any reason, this fee is non-refundable.

Please understand that I am not paid hourly and my compensation comes from commission from the suppliers. When clients reach out with inquiries, I am happy to provide quotes. However, it eats up a good deal of time that goes unpaid. Additionally, custom trips involve a good deal of work and I can't take it on without some guarantee of compensation for my time and expertise.

- Create an invoice with vacation information once the resort/ cruise is selected
- Accept payments online and via telephone and provide balance updates & receipts
- Coordinate roundtrip airport transfers*
- Send payment reminders and details on your hotel/ cruise accommodations
- Book a flight if applicable

- Book each guest for their desired room based on availability
- Accept payments online and via telephone and provide balance updates & receipts
- Coordinate the roundtrip airport transfers for each guest who books their hotel accommodations with us
- Provide you with group updates of your registered and deposited guests if needed
- Send your registered guests payment reminders and details on their hotel/ cruise accommodations
- Book a group flight if there are 10 or more people flying from the same city, otherwise, each person is responsible for booking their own flight or contacting us
- Group Page and/or Chat with Q&A** (optional)
- Host you and your guest while away (optional)

SEARCH FEE IS $600 FOR A DESTINATION WEDDING, NOT PER PERSON (PLEASE SELECT "1 PARTICIPANT")
First off, congratulations on your engagement!
- Be the middle person between you and the resort
- Answer any questions you may have pertaining to your special day
- Search and lock in the best group hotel/resort rate for you and your guest
- Create and manage a webpage and payment page with detailed information on the accommodations and travel options
- Book each guest for their desired room based on availability
- Accept payments online and via telephone and provide balance updates & receipts
- Coordinate the roundtrip airport transfers for each guest who book their hotel accommodations with us
- Provide you with group updates of your registered and deposited guests if needed
- Send your registered guests payment reminders and details on their hotel accommodations
- Book a group flight if there are 10 or more people flying from the same city, otherwise, each person is responsible for booking their own flight or contacting us
- Group Page and/or Chat with Q&A** (optional)
- Host you and your guest during the wedding and travel dates (additional fee)
This option is only available once you have contacted Fork n Fly, and secured your wedding date with your resort of choice, and this needs to be paid 14 days within securing your wedding date.
In the event of cancellation of the wedding date from the resort or yourself or travel dates for any reason, this fee is non-refundable and will be kept as compensation.
