Ashley Gerczak (Owner of BLUE HONEY) X KATE POSCH Inaugural Retreat!
We're so excited to announce our first retreat together...dream in the making! We will be joining forces to offer mat PILATES x YOGA in the beautiful fishing town of Azenhas do Mar, Portugal. It is a 45 minute drive outside of Lisbon and 30 minute drive outside of Ericeria (world-class surfing destination).
We are taking over the beautiful Outpost House where we will have access to a dedicated room for movement (outdoor/indoor space) with props, hot/cold plunge, sauna, outdoor pool, tennis courts, 5 minute walk to the beach, local surf instructor lessons, hiking, shopping, beautiful coastal drives, massages. The house stands on the cliffs just outside the village of Azenhas do Mar overlooking the coast from Cabo de Roca to Ericeira. It's seven apartments with different layouts and styles that were all recently renovated.
We will practice yoga/pilates/meditation twice daily, less the day we arrive and depart. Check-in is at 3:00p local and check-out is 12:00p local. You will be able to drop bags prior to check-in if you arrive early and want to explore.
Ubers are readily available and roughly $35 from the airport to the house and they confirmed there will be Ubers available to take trips to other towns/Lisbon as you would like. Arrivals will be into Lisbon airport. There are direct flights from most major airports :).
We will have brunch and dinner daily at the house (less the day of arrival - dinner only; and departure (breakfast/brunch only). Attendees are responsible for the rest of their meals. There are little cafes in the local village.

CANCELLATION POLICY////
Deposits secure your spot on the trip and are not refundable. Refunds for the balance payments vary depending on timing. For cancellation requests submitted with more than 90 days of retreat date: 100% of total amount (less deposit) will be refunded. Cancellation requests within 90 days of the retreat: sorry but no refunds given, no exceptions. Nobody books a retreat with the intention of canceling it, but unexpected events do occur, so please consider purchasing travel insurance. Exceptions cannot be made for any reason, including weather, injury/illness, or personal emergencies. No refunds or credits will be granted for failure to attend, complete or for arriving late or leaving early.

Sintra-Cascais Natural Park (protected park-like landscape stretching along the coast and up the hills of Sintra, ideal for long walks under tropical plants - 15 minutes away).
Sintra (Castles on castles on castles - UNESCO World Heritage Site for its many 19th-century Romantic architectural monuments with a unique setting in the hills - 10 minutes away).
Colares (laid-back village between the Sintra hills and the coast, with a friendly mix of locals and an international crowd - 10 minutes away).
Home beach (the local beach is wild and beautiful, walking distance from the gate and one of the best local locations for surfing).
Lisbon (vibrant capital of Portugal charged with history and a vibrant culture and food scene - 45 minute drive).
Ericeira (once a sleepy fishing village turned cool surf town with some of the nicest surf breaks in the area - 30 minutes).
Local wineries (10 minutes).
Coastal trail (footpath along the cliffs, passing the gate of the house. Ideal for exploratory walks or trail runs).
Cascais (lively sea town between laid-back and posh, with plenty of beaches, bars and restaurants - 35 minutes).
