Join Kyle and Krissy in Portugal for a magical retreat escape.  We're headed back to Cocoon, our dear friend Anton's beautiful coastal farm retreat because it is perfect!  We'll be practicing outside in the open air and enjoying all our meals al fresco.  Cocoon is taking every precaution and so are we.  We feel ready to safely gather.  That being said, deposits will be completely, 100% refundable if anything changes and we are not able to make the retreat happen.  Happy to answer any questions.  So excited!!

This was an amazing trip!! It was well-organized, high end and so much fun.  There was culture, yoga, shopping, food.  I would recommend 10/10!!

PERU RETREAT

Amazing trip, the scenery, the history, food was great af the guides were wonderful. 
Julia did a fantastic job organizing and communicating about our trip. A bucket list trip for sure!

It was an amazing retreat.  Kyle and Josie are great teachers and they put together a beautiful journey to Peru. I would highly recommend going on retreat with them.  

Krissy & Kyle are the absolute best and Cocoon is magic!  This retreat was truly one that people could only dream about one day attending.  This was my second retreat with Krissy and Kyle and will definitely not be my last.  Highly recommend any and all retreats they lead, but especially Portugal/Cocoon :)

Transformational! The training had it ALL! Wherever you are in your Katonah experience this retreat will take you forward! Kyle, Alex and  Josie will meet you where YOU are in a very supportive, insightful and fun way! I  chose this training because I have done several other live/virtual classes/trainings with all 3 of them - they're some of my favorite Katonah teachers and I wanted an immersive live experience with a known quantity; they delivered and then A LOT MORE! The mix of movement/practice, theory, insight,  discussion and community was perfectly balanced energetically through each day and over the 4 days . The content and teachers really facilitated adapting the Katonah material in your practice, teaching and life.  I loved the venue - Nurture Denver and the schedule was perfect. I came away feeling clear, inspired, excited and a little sore (in a good way) Looking forward to next time!
