A Week of Power & Presence October 5-11, 2025 This October, Join Ellen Niedringhaus & Carol Stocks in the stunning, laid-back, hidden gem of Puerto Morelos, Mexico! Our Power & Presence 6-night, 5-day retreat will be held at Casa Om retreat center. This week is designed to offer you daily opportunities to sweat away the stress of daily life and tune back into YOU. Expect a week of fun and powerful yoga & IHP classes, taught by Ellen & Carol, where you’ll gain strength, flexibility and a sense of deep peace in the beautiful setting of Casa Om’s heated studio.  After class, enjoy a dip in the beautiful, cool blue waters of the Caribbean. During the day, explore town, adventure to a cenote or relax beachside with friends. Casa Om is within walking distance to fun beach bars and amazing restaurants. Our evenings will be varied with optional classes, meditations, delicious meals and a group outing. Ellen and Carol are so excited to be sharing their love of movement and mindfulness in a setting that is sure to inspire!  Vamos a México!-Daily Yoga & IHP classes taught by Ellen and Carol -Healthy & Delicious breakfast every day -4 delectable dinners at Casa Om plus a group dinner in town -5 days in beautiful Mexico with a group of amazing fellow yogis -time to relax, read a book (or 3), check out the town and enjoy local sights, beach clubs, and yummy restaurants of gorgeous & groovy Puerto Morelos. IMPORTANT INFORMATION REGARDING BOOKING: All room pricing is based on double occupancy. If you book the double occupancy rate but do not have a roommate in mind, Pure Hot Yoga will set you up with a fantastic roomie! If you prefer a solo experience, please email hello@purehotyogastl.com for single room pricing and availability.  Casa Om has a limited number of rooms, so we need to be sure we do not overbook the location.  Single rooms are based on availability and ONLY by request via email. Payment plans are available by request after non-refundable deposit of $500 is paid.  You will get a payment plan contract and reminders of your scheduled payment dates. Once your deposit is paid, you will receive an email from hello@purehotyogastl.com with retreat contract details for you to sign and return.  Please sign and return immediately upon receipt.  Please note, all payments are non-transferable to other retreats, events, classes or memberships at Pure Hot Yoga St. Louis.  Non-Refundable Deposit of $500 is included in the retreat purchase price**Any cancellations must be made in writing to ellen@purehotyogastl.com-The intention of Casa Om is to create a healthy, healing environment. Meals and beverages are house-made and vegetarian.   -All prior liability waivers and media release agreements signed with Pure Hot Yoga St. Louis will  be upheld.- If the retreat is canceled due to pandemic or other unforeseen circumstance, we will apply your payments to a future retreat. If this scenario happens, we will make every effort to reschedule the retreat as quickly and safely as possible.
