Do I have to be a medium? No, not everyone is, or will be a medium. But, we all have psychic abilities. We all have mediumship abilities to connect with our own loved ones. Who knows, maybe you will discover you are a medium and read for others.
Is this only for beginners? No, it is for all levels. It is great for beginners who are just curious and for those with some experience and are still developing their psychic skills. I work with every level and will accommodate each exercise based on where you are at. If you are advanced, I will push you harder, only if you like, of course! If you want to make this your profession, I will help you achieve that.
Do I have to perform in front of anyone? No, you do not have to do anything that you are not comfortable with. But, keep in mind this is your time to explore and push yourself in a safe and loving environment. If you want to push your skills, this is your place to do so, with no judgment and with the support of friends close by.
What is the food like? It is ammmaazing! You will feast on 3 gourmet plant-based meals a day and all snacks are included as well. And, yes, for those who cannot do without a caffeine rush, they have an espresso and coffee machine along with fruit smoothies.
What if I have food allergies? Just let me know and the chef will make plans to accommodate any allergies you may have.
Do I need to come with someone? No. This is a great trip to do solo as a special gift to yourself. You will make so many new friends here. Want to travel with a buddy? There is a discount per person if you add a person to your room, home, or suite. We will make sure you are together if you book separately.
Why is this venue special when compared to other retreats? The property we are on is like a protected national forest and is spectacular. You will not want to leave this magical place. From the moment you land, you are surrounded with love and acceptance. Being someone in control of my emotions, I must admit that I actually cried when I left. Every member of the staff felt like a special friend who catered to my every need. You do not have to lift a finger, everything is done for you, giving you the space and time to truly relax and be present.
How is the accommodation set up? The rooms and homes are dotted throughout the property. You do have to walk through the jungle to get from place to place, so you need to have some good sneakers or water shoes with traction. If you are feeling like an explorer, make sure you take your compass and a sense of adventure! You are completely immersed in nature with rivers and waterfalls to enjoy at your leisure. All the bathrooms are open to the rainforest which really connects you to nature as you shower and admire the beautiful surroundings.
Is there wheelchair access? Unfortunately, there is no wheelchair access or transportation within the property due to the fact that it is in the mountains, so if you have any mobility issues, this may not be for you.
Do I have to pay it all at once? Nope, installment plans are available at checkout.
Terms and Conditions
This is non-refundable trip. Travel insurance is highly recommended so that you are covered should anything happen. Imiloa has a partnership with http://www.globalrescue.com/imiloa for global rescue and travel insurance. You can also get quotes from numerous companies from http://www.squaremouth.com. If you cannot make it, your trip is transferrable to another person. Just let us know and we will get them all set up.
Sample Itinerary
Day 1: Morning: Welcome to the lush Costa Rican rainforest, arrive at Imiloa in the morning and meet the team.
Afternoon: A local lunch emphasizing clean eating, ideal for clarity and connection, followed by room check-ins and time to immerse yourself in the tranquil surroundings.
Evening: A communal dinner in the Heart of Imiloa offering a taste of the local cuisine and an opportunity to connect with your new friends.
Day 2: Morning: Start with a breath work meditation to let go of your ego and fear followed by a nurturing breakfast before diving into a psychic workshop that introduces you to the exploration of your intuitive abilities. We will learn about chakras, auras and your clair's.
Afternoon: Free time after lunch for personal reflection, a walk to the waterfall, or a rejuvenating massage, embracing the peace of your environment. After your long break we will come back and play with our psychic abilities doing lots of fun activities to open up your gifts. Participate ina traditional Cacao ceremony to deepen our connection to ourselves and the universe around us.
Evening: Enjoy your beautiful dinner and a night of free time to soak up all of your experiences for the day.
Day 3: Morning: Begin your day with Alignment Vinyasa yoga to stretch out and release any anxiety and get your body loose and destressed. Continue your exploration with
psychic workshops thar delve deeper into
your abilities and learn about tools to help expand your connection, supported by the serene backdrop of the jungle.
Afternoon: Free time after lunch to wander the property or take dip in the pool. After lunch we jump into the depths of mediumship, signs from loved ones, and how to connect to the other side.
Evening: Experience the rich culture of Costa Rica with a visit from a local tribe, followed by a nurturing dinner that keeps you grounded and connected.
Day 4: Morning: Engage in a breath work session designed to release emotional blockages, enhancing your journey of self-discovery.
Dive into soul work, uncovering deeper layers of your being, then continue to refine your mediumship skills in focused workshops.
Afternoon: Take this time for yourself, whether that's for introspection, a massage, or simply enjoying the natural beauty that surrounds you. After we have had our rejuvinating free time we will explore our new mediumship skills.
Evening: Enjoy a relaxed dinner, with the evening free for personal time, allowing the day's experiences to integrate deeply.
Day 5: Morning: Morning breath work to get us into our deepest connective state for mediumship work. You will enjoy the waves of love coming through your loved ones as we do some mini readings.
Afternoon: A vibrant beach party with a 3 course gourmet meal on the beach with a live dj, featuring a Mandala Ceremony, celebrating the journey and connections made, under the stars.
Evening: After an exhilarating day we will come back to rest and relax over a cozy dinner and time to cherish our last night together.
Day 6: Morning: Share a final meal together, reflecting on the insights gained and the friendships formed, ready to take your newfound growth into the world.

Drawing inspiration from the intricate patterns of sacred geometry, our collection of 5 Geodesic River Domes are perfectly located on the banks of our secluded private river in the heart of the rainforest.
