Unfortunately we had really bad experience. Came to board 15 minutes before scheduled departure. The boat was already full in capacity. We, together with approximately othet 30 people were left on the pier and suppose to wait until the boat arrives back - what means another hour and one hour after our planned departute. We decided to leave as we planned only one day trip with a trek and due to this issue we could not make it on time with returning boat.

The catamaran was spacious, on time and it even had wifi. Toilets were clean and all members of staff were great. We had a wonderful time and recommend the trip. Thanks!

Great people, very good service. We booked our tickets online and made a mistake: We booked 2x Pudeto - Paine Grande, instead of journey there and back. But it was no problem, they changed the wrong direction of our tickets.
The travel with the ship was very good, safe, punctual, good view. Was a great day.
