Booking the trip in advance on this site made things so much easier and less stressful
My only complaint would be how expensive it is.

The crew was very helpful; they accommodated me even though I had my ticket for a later boat ride. The sceneries were so spectacular and the weather was perfect!

Really expensive catamaran to see something that should be open to the public. Just another way to make an enormous amount of money. You also have to a wait a really long time before you can board. People that pre book get an advantage, but no one will tell you that this is the case until you arrive. Also local can seem to just skip the line.
Overal made it a lot less enjoyable, the grey glacier is nice!
