Rebecca Cheeks Soule, PhD (Biology) 500-hr E-RYT.
Rebecca’s home base is New York City. Rebecca began practicing yoga in 1998 while earning her PhD in Biology from UNC-Chapel Hill. Rebecca has been leading yoga, retreat and adventure travels for 15 years now. When not en route, she teaches private groups and specialty classes. Rebecca’s classes combine her wisdom of anatomy and movement with extensive yoga training and personal practice to create a challenging year accessible experience for all ages and levels of yoga students.
Kate Doran, 500-hr E-RYT, Studio and Community Leader of Savannah Power Yoga.
Kate is based in Savannah, Georgia. She started practicing yoga in 1998 to balance out the physical stress of her running habit and the mental stress of working in the software industry. During the years since, she has turned a weekend hobby into her vocation. With more than 1,500 hours of teacher training under her belt, Kate brings a breadth of experience to her teaching.
Located in Limon province on the shores of the Caribbean Sea, Puerto Viejo de Talamanca is a beach lover’s paradise. Here amidst the exotic flora and fauna, lies a vibrant seaside town with gorgeous beaches, crystal clear blue waters, some of the most amazing surfing opportunities and a thriving ecotourism industry. Fast becoming one of Costa Rica’s premier ecotourism hot spots, many international surfers come here from all over the world to ride the famed Salsa Brava waves, making this Caribbean influenced town a ‘must visit’ place when in Limon.

50-minutes one-on-one yoga time with your teacher, this session is designed specifically for what you need in the moment.
Enjoy an invigorating morning yoga flow on the yoga deck at Tierra de Sueños, complete with meditation and savasana. This final relaxation pose will be accompanied by the music and sounds of the surrounding jungle. After practice, eat a refreshing breakfast. Later we’ll have lunch and eventually, dinner. Some days we will also offer additional practices of restorative yoga and/or meditation
