• Participants must be 21+ by the beginning of the event.
• Airfare, alcoholic beverages, optional trips, and resort tips are not included.
• Space is limited to ensure the quality of your experience. Your deposit will hold your spot and final payment is due no later than February 1, 2025. (Payment plans available)
• Check-in date is Sunday, February 16, 2024.  Check-out date is Saturday, February 22, 2025. (Please note if you plan to arrive earlier than the start date or stay later we can easily book you for extra nights)
• Airport: Flights must be booked to Juan Santamaria International Airport, San Jose, Costa Rica (SJO). Please share your flight information with us as soon as possible as we will organize airport transportation. We recommend planning your travel to arrive on Feb 16 before 4pm and depart Feb 22 after 4pm.
• Airport Transfers not guaranteed for arrival and departure times outside the standard for the group. An example of this would be arriving at 1am the day before the retreat start.  
• Payments: All online payments will be processed via WeTravel and can be made with a credit card (2.9% fee) or through your bank account (free of charge). We also accept checks as payments; please inquire via hello@westcoastsweat.com if wishing to pay by check. 
• Prices stated are per person.
• Travel insurance is not included in the package, but we highly recommend that you purchase it in case of emergencies or unforeseen circumstances. Travel insurance is available at the time of booking your flight for most airlines. 
• West Coast Sweat reserves the right to accept, reject, or prohibit registration for or attendance at its events at any time for any reason.

• Cancellations and Refunds: 
• Sometimes, things happen and plans need to change. We understand.

– Refunds available less $500 deposit fee up to 90 days before retreat start.

– Refunds up to 30 days before retreat start will be applied as future retreat credit less deposit.
