WHERE ARE WE RETREATING?
WHAT TO EXPECT ON THE PURA VIDA RETREAT
3x meals per day plus tea/coffee and juices ( locally sourced and plenty of healthy options )
Beautiful accommodations in the main Hotel, private cottages or cabins… all steps from the ocean which has a private beach.
Use of pool, access to spa services, longevity center, beautiful land surrounding the property, 5 yoga studios and more!
All yoga classes, special guest workshops, and seva (giving back) project
Some excursions are included such as the beach walk to town
Other excursions such as paddle boarding/jungle waterfall hike/birdwatching/horseback riding/ etc are extra cost
Guidance from Sarah and assistant teachers on your daily practice in a held and supported community. This retreat is for all levels of yoga, from a newbie, to advanced.
*There is a Blue spirit shuttle that runs from Liberia or Nosara airport that we will be able to provide so your journey is perfect and smooth.

The Ocean View rooms have step-out balconies and SOME have beautiful ocean views.
The rooms are tastefully furnished and provide the perfect space for one or two people. Each room has a king-sized bed or two twins, with a full en suite bathroom with solar hot water, air conditioning, and overhead fan. This room is (6,500 as a single)
The Hermitage Rooms are located in the main building.
The rooms feature a little desk, full en suite bathroom with solar hot water, air conditioning, and overhead fan.
This room has Two Twin Beds only, bring a freind or we pair you with someone
