Quebec and Montreal Explorer, “French Canada”
August 20-August 24, 2023
We invite you to join us this summer to explore Quebec and Montreal just like Jacques Cartier did and discover remnants of a bygone era. Influenced by both French and British settlers, Montreal is one of the most bilingual cities in Canada where two cultures meet. You will spend one night and one day in this bustling metropolis. You will tour Place Ville Marie, Notre Dame Cathedral, Olympic Stadium, Mount Royale and St Joseph’s Shrine. Next you continue onto Quebec City, the only walled city remaining in North America. Cobblestone Streets, French inspired architecture and outdoor cafes make Quebec, North America’s most European City. Unscathed by time, Quebec remains a European jewel ready for you to explore. You will enjoy Québec with a trip to nearby Ste Anne de Beaupre with its famous basilica, Montmorency Falls (these falls are 1.5 times higher than Niagara Falls), (Maries Bread Oven), Woodcarvers Museum and more touring through the city of Quebec! Time allowed to visit Chateau Frontenac on your own if you wish. Our last night will include a wonderful dinner cruise on Lake George and an overnight stay at the beautiful Queensbury Hotel.
Package includes motor coach transportation, 4 nights accommodations, 1 lunch, 3 dinners, 4 breakfasts, tours, guides, admissions, trip leader, driver's gratuity.
