WAKE UP your Life and join us in the amazing jungles of Costa Rica for a retreat like no other. Sleep amongst the local monkeys and hear the calls of the scarlet macaws as we spend 7 soulful days together in the most bio-diverse place on the planet!

This retreat will be a place to reconnect to nature, your practice and yourself.

Through the bold & bright colors of Costa Rica and pure wild nature, you will feel the embodiment of RASA.

Join us for a week to completely recalibrate your mind and spirit in a place where so many lives are changed forever.

Non-Refundable and Non-Transferable deposit of $700 is required to reserve your space.

Your balance is due in full by February 1, 2024.

If you must cancel your retreat, the required $700 deposit is non-refundable and non-transferable.

Due to the intimate nature of this retreat, we are counting on your attendance. If an unforeseen circumstance arises, we ask that you find a replacement.

There are no single options - however if this is really calling you and you know you will book please reach out to contact@siannasherman and we can try to get a single bungalow.

Since only 2 dinners are included, what are the dinner options for nights not scheduled?

There will be only 2 dinners included - opening night and grande finale dinner. For the rest of the nights you are free to explore the yummy restaurants around town and walking distance from the retreat center.

The Rasa Yoga Retreat experience with Sianna Sherman and Greta Hill, world-renowned instructors, was incredible even more than I expected. For many years I have had the desire and faith to be able to practice with it, and it finally manifested itself. The practice of pranayama, asana and meditations filled my body, mind and spirit with energy, everything was revitalized, I left the retreat eager to further expand my practices and share them with others. The Yoga Studio "Evolution", where we practice and the garden of the house are incredibly impeccable. The very expert chef offered us very suitable meal preparations, tasty and light at the same time, for lunch. I definitely recommend retiring with Sianna. I hope to see her again soon! Absolutely amazing. Sianna is a master guide and teacher. Everything she offers is deeply embodied and she has a very unique way of holding the energy of the group safe and supportive. Avalon is magical and I warmly recommend this pilgrimage to anyone longing for deep dive into nourishing sisterhood, devotional prayer and lots of fun.
