Mountains and Mushroom Festival! Come join Yogi Magee for the 8th annual August Telluride Retreat that coincides with the colorful Mushroom Festival. Enjoy daily hikes to hidden lakes and waterfalls, hot breakfast cooked just for you, yoga and meditation on the mountaintop, and a brew tasting. Enjoy a free day where you have the option to join myself and the San Juan Mountain guides for Via Ferrata trek or take the opportunity to enjoy the town and mushroom festival activities. We'll be staying in the historic Telluride district right on the river trail where you can relax in the hot tub or heated pool while enjoying a glass of wine. Shopping, dining, the free gondola and nightlife are only a short walk away and from the moment you arrive you'll feel like a local. Rent a bike and explore the local breweries, paddle board down the river or at an alpine lake, Paraglide with Telluride Paragliding for the best view of town or simply enjoy a book on the patio of our main lodge. Come solo or bring a friend, this retreat is designed to get you out of your comfort zone, challenge you mind body and spirit and introduce you to the most Coloradical town you've ever experienced!
I've been leading yoga retreats in Telluride since 2014 and they just keep getting better. There's plenty of downtime built in for rest and rejuvenation in-between our adventures. All levels welcome although a basic fitness background is encouraged since this is a high altitude retreat.
My June 2019 retreat to Telluride sold out within 24 hours and I expect this to do the same. Don't delay or your spot may be gone!

Available Packages
If you are worried about sharing lodging with other guests due to COVID concerns it is advisable that you book your own private lodge under the solo option
*Due to the nature of the condo set up it may not be possible to accommodate more than a 2 person roommate request. Guests wanting to room with more than two people will have to share a queen bed in a condo to accommodate the request. If I’m sold out of queen beds please message me prior to booking so I can see if I can rent another small condo.*
Please note you will be either in a four person shared condo or in a private room that has two single beds. This is for the solo adventure seeker who would like their own bed.
Small condos have single bunk beds which are separated from the queen room by a curtain or door depending on the condo. Each bed is a twin. Please note this is not the most comfortable option for those taller in size.
You will be placed in the bunks or single beds in main house based on booking solo or with friends in order to accommodate all roommate requests.
If you like to spread out when you're sleeping please book a queen private bed. Single bunk beds may not be suitable for every traveler.
I have rented three small condos at the Viking Lodge: 119,116 and 313. These condos each have a queen bed that is separated from the single bunks by a curtain or door. You'll have a little more room to spread out if you book the queen bed and a little more privacy. You will, however, be sharing a condo with at least 2 other guests and sharing a bathroom as well. Each condo has a kitchenette and the lower level ones have a patio.
If you'd like to share a queen bed with a friend the pricing is $875 each. Please note this option is best for those who are booking in groups of 4 since space is limited.
If you want a condo all to yourself then please inquire prior to booking about the private condo option otherwise you will have roommates!
