The retreat takes place in beautiful Menorca

Nestled in the Mediterranean Sea, Menorca, the gem of the Balearic Islands, beckons with its breathtaking beauty and serene landscapes. Located northeast of its bustling sister islands, Mallorca and Ibiza, Menorca is a haven filled with pristine beaches, hidden coves, and lush countryside. This enchanting island boasts a rich tapestry of history, evident in its ancient stone monuments and charming villages. Menorca's distinct identity is preserved through its UNESCO-designated Biosphere Reserve status, ensuring the protection of its unique ecosystems and wildlife.

Menorca reveals its diverse natural wonders, azure waters lap against secluded white-sand beaches, while rugged cliffs offer panoramic views of the Mediterranean. The island's interior unfolds with rolling hills, verdant meadows, and aromatic pine forests, creating an idyllic backdrop for relaxation and reflection. We’ll be staying in a beautiful home surrounded by nature, with access to fresh and local foods, just a few minutes away from the beach. There is also a pool on the property overlooking the lush countryside. 

Each day starts with an energizing yoga class that will leave you grounded and light at the same time. During the day there a many options like chilling at the pool, exploring breathtaking beaches or going for beautiful hikes. In the afternoon there will be time for another class which is more Yin influenced, this can be a very gentle Katonah influenced vinyasa class, a breathwork or meditation class or something completely different. It adapts to the energy of the group. The whole program is optional, it is simple, you do you :)

The property consists of four charming rooms, each adorned with abundant natural light and distinctive decor. The property has flourishing gardens, open patios, and an exquisite pool, creating a picturesque environment.
