Jacqueline Brown spent 40+ years in the Information Technology and Engineering arenas. She is a Serial Entrepreneur, certified behavior analyst, ICF certified professional coach, best-selling international co-author, transformational speaker, seasoned retreat host and leader, and founder of Revolution Ascension LLC, a coaching and consulting firm dedicated to doing the most profound work with professional and Executive Women at the C-suite level.

What drives Jacqueline (also endearingly known as Lulu) is the opportunity to reduce human and organizational suffering, equip people to remove corporate burnout, and live with more purpose, grace, and joy. Jacqueline’s coaching practice focuses on diversity for women and leadership. Before launching her coaching & consulting practice, Jacqueline spent over 15 of her 40+ career years in global senior leadership roles in high-tech and software-quality engineering. She discovered during her travels across the globe that women, in their careers, business, and ministry, were feeling the heavy burden of silently carrying their “unsaid” and burnout. These unsaid challenges and burnout statuses are often not openly discussed because of secret shame and the fear of revealing one’s true self.

In 2010, Jacqueline’s true calling and genius were burning like “fire shut up in her bones.” Additionally, Jacqueline received a deep calling to revolutionize today’s women in Leadership with a unique message of empowerment and freedom for the masses of Women on a level that is not taught in today’s corporate or community environment. In March 2023, she launched her “Divine Prosperous Living” magazine under the OWNIT Publishing company. The magazine provides a glimpse of the Mastery taught in the company’s “AscendHer” programs. When asked what she wants to be remembered for, she answers, “to lead every woman I encounter to have a bright shining life that sings to their soul.” She enjoys making this happen with her phenomenal retreats, Ascension Academy, 1:1 Coaching, Executive Women's Leadership consulting and training, and through her keynote speaking engagements.

She is an x4 international best-selling co-author and Chief-in-Editor of “Divine Prosperous Living” magazine. Additionally, Jacqueline is a licensed Reverend and dramatically enjoys her philanthropy outreach work teaching women in transitional facilities in the USA and faith-based organizations in various parts of Africa. She is a significant supporter of the “Bella Levy Foundation,” whose mission is helping stop human trafficking, and the “I AM Her International” organization, assisting women in Africa to achieve their life purpose.

Jacqueline is married to Kevin Brown with a blended family that includes six adult children, 17 grandchildren, and four great-grandchildren.
