Itinerary

Day 1
Arrival at Flo Retreats

After landing in SJO on 3/23/25, getting a lovely night's sleep at the hotel, and enjoying breakfast, we will embark on a day of adventure to the Flo Retreat Center in Uvita - where the real magic begins!

The drive is approximately 3 hours with several opportunities to stop along the way and get a feel for Costa Rica.

First, we will pause at the Alligator Bridge to watch the gators swim and do some souvenir shopping. If you're feeling hungry, you can grab a snack at the shops as well.

After another hour or so of driving, we will stop for lunch and enjoy our first moments of ocean access! Picture your toes in the water and a fresh coconut in your hands; it simply doesn't get better.

Lastly, we will continue the last hour of the trip to Flo Retreats where we will have some time to unpack and settle in before our first yoga practice that evening.

Along with our first practice, we will enjoy a Cacao Ceremony to help us gain clarity, insight and inspiration for the trip ahead.

Dinner will be served after practice and we can start to get excited for our week of exploration together!
