A 6 Day all-inclusive RESET Retreat that offers morning RESET Workshops for the mind body and soul to start your day, and daily guided excursions that are culturally rich, and will bring you joy, and leave you inspired. Each room is a deluxe room equipped with a private balcony, and private beach access.
This room type is for 2 people. At this time we are not providing roommates, so you must have your roommate for booking.

This is an individual RESET coaching meeting where we discuss the areas of improvement you would like to address, and action steps to achieve it.
One 30 minute Individual session of guided meditation utilizing breath work and other somatic skills for increasing energy and mood, and decreasing levels of anxiety.
Itinerary
Arrive to the C Central Resort on the Palm, and settle in to your luxurious Deluxe Double Room With Balcony And Hotel Private Beach Access for the next 5 days. Begin enjoying the hotels inclusive amenities as you see fit, and we will all meet for our Welcome Dinner in the evening.
