Immersion: A Retreat for Entrepreneurial Women is hosted by Abambyh Business Coaching and is open to 5 women who are seeking professional growth in their business. 

This retreat is designed to bring like-minded women together to learn, to give and receive support, and to create a dynamic atmosphere of growth and potential, for an experience that will forever elevate their lives. The number of attendees has been limited to provide an opportunity for deep connection between you and your fellow retreat guests. In this setting, you will forge professional and personal relationships with women who have had many of the same struggles and overcome some of the same obstacles that you’ve faced to get where you are. 

Topics of discussion will include but are not limited to: 

· Proper, actionable business planning

· The process of identifying ideal clients

· Developing a prospecting and marketing strategy that works for you and your business

· Time management — specifically, time management related to income planning.

Furthermore, each attendee will have time to dig a little deeper and uncover some of the negative self-talk that may be holding them back both in life and in their business.

While there will be a definite focus on the fundamentals of successful business planning, the retreat will also provide much-needed rest and relaxation in a beautiful location. As you take in the knowledge imparted throughout the workshops and discussions, luxuriate in your stay at Casa Corazon, located in Playa Car, Mexico.  The villa itself is a gorgeous, spacious property. Bask in serenity by the pool, which features a swim-up bar, take a walk on the private beach, swim in the natural pool created by the reef (which also acts to redirect the waves such that the seaweed washes away from the area), or go out snorkeling — this is an incredible place to do so, and information on how to obtain snorkel gear will be included in our welcome packet! 

Picture yourself being pampered all week as you do the work needed to elevate both yourself and your business. You’ll be treated like a queen, enjoying delicious vegan meals prepared by our renowned chefs. The 100% vegan offerings will provide your body with nutritious, healthy, and — if you don’t already eat vegan — detoxifying fuel for the duration of the retreat.

Other experiences include a relaxing massage by the beach, a healing meditative sound bath, and yoga classes from a skilled instructor. Your hair and makeup will be professionally done in preparation for a photo shoot with a photographer with whom you will have already had a consultation to discuss branding and layouts.

Each day will offer something new and exciting — whether it’s a professional photo shoot or an intensive business workshop, you are destined to leave the retreat feeling like a new woman who is ready to take on the world.

Do I need a passport to attend this retreat?

You do need a passport to enter Mexico.  If you don't already have one, routine processing is 8 to 11 weeks and expedited processing (for an additional $60) is 5 to 7 weeks. This cost is not included in the ticket price.

Is it possible to lower the cost if I opt out of certain things or request an economy flight? Are refunds available?

The short answer is no. Pricing for this retreat is fixed; refunds will not be available.

What is your COVID-19 policy?

Our priority is making sure that everyone stays healthy and feels safe throughout the retreat. Mexico does not currently require a negative COVID test to enter the country, and the US does not currently require one to return.

It's important that we remain up to date on the CDC's travel guidelines and follow the basic requirements. This includes, but is not limited to, maintaining a 6 ft. distance and sanitizing frequently. The CDC recommends that all individuals wear a mask, regardless of vaccination status, however, masks will not be mandated throughout the retreat. Furthermore, all payments are non-refundable, so it is strongly encouraged that you purchase a travel insurance policy with a COVID protection plan.

Will I receive individual coaching sessions during the retreat?

YES! Immersion is all about one-on-one time! Your customized, individual itinerary will be provided at the retreat and you will find exclusive time with our business coach, emotional intelligence trainer, content writer, photographer, videographer and body workers. You're in for a LOT of individual attention at this retreat.

What will the food be like?

Amazing. If you’ve never eaten vegan before, you’ll be astounded at the quality, flavor, variety, and heartiness of the offerings from our chefs. The meals are filling, healthy, and absolutely delicious. 

Will I need cash? Do I need pesos?

It’s a good idea to have some cash handy to cover any unanticipated needs, though as with traveling anywhere (including in the US) it’s wise to limit how much you carry on you at any one time. Most establishments accept dollars so it’s not necessary to have pesos, but of course, the decision to have some local currency on hand is completely up to you. Look for a good exchange rate!

Credit cards, however, are the most expedient way to make purchases. Many vendors will not accept American Express or Discover, so a Visa or Mastercard is ideal.

Is the villa private, or will there be outside guests as well?

This is a private, 8-room villa, just for us! The only "outsiders" will be our professional photographers, our private chefs, the massage therapists, and our facilitators for yoga and the sound bath. Staff will not be spending the night on-site, though there will be security patrolling outside during the evenings. There are neighboring villas as well.  

This is a lot of money to spend. How do I know it will be worth it?

This is an investment, no doubt about it, but please take the time to examine your perspective on the expense. Are you seeing the cost and judging it by the dollar amount, or are you considering the value of everything that you'll receive over the span of five days and nights? Beyond the coaching and the professional photos that you'll later be able to use for your marketing, imagine the relationships that you'll create, the experiences you’ll have. Five exclusive nights with like-minded, entrepreneurial women...the opportunity within those relationships is priceless. Imagine the referral power in a group like that! I can promise you that this retreat is going to be incredible. Remember though, you'll get out of it what you put into it, so show up ready to grow and that's exactly what you'll do. Plus, this is a business retreat — you are investing in your business by attending. Check with your CPA, but in many cases, the expense can be a wonderful tax write-off.
