Join me in beautiful Troncones, Mexico for a week of wellness, rest and rejuvenation. 

We will be staying at Lo Sereno Casa De Playa which is a beautiful and private ocean-front boutique hotel just 35 minutes from the Ixtapa-Zihuatenejo airport. 

This Retreat is named Restore with an intention to create an experience that allows you space and time to rest. Often, we go on vacation or retreat and come back home feeling like we need yet another week to relax and re cooperate. With daily yoga, healthy local cuisine, cozy ocean front accomodations and ample time to rest, you can expect to leave this retreat feeling fully restored and at ease in mind, body and heart. 

We will practice yoga twice daily: Flow yoga in the morning and Yin/Restorative yoga in the evening. We'll feast together on amazing locally sourced vegetarian cuisine for breakfast, lunch and dinner and you'll have afternoons to spend as you wish. We will also have a special group excursion and go out to a Traditional Temazcal Ceremony together!

On your free time you can explore the local town (they say its safer than Switzerland!), relax by the Infiniti pool, go horse back riding on the beach, book a trip to the local hot springs, explore the local farmers market, take a nap, or any of the other numerous activities available and easy to coordinate with the hotel.

Payment for all extra activities is directly with the guide or person in charge and most of the activities must be payed in pesos (cash). The hotel can assist in helping you with arrangements for extra activities. Most of the stores and restaurants only take pesos (cash), so please come prepared.

The closest airport to fly into is Ixtapa-Zihuatanejo Airport, which is approximately 40 mins from our Retreat center. You can rent a taxi when you land to get to the retreat center, we can also help arrange group shuttles if needed.

The retreat will begin on the evening of September 15th! We will have a welcome circle and brief practice and enjoy a beautiful dinner together. On the 20th, we'll have a farewell gentle morning practice, have breakfast and say our goodbyes!

A non refundable deposit of $500 will hold your spot. Deposits hold your space on the trip and are not refundable under any circumstance. Full balance is due July 1st, 2025. If you cancel your attendance by June 30th, 2025 you can receive any monies back paid besides the deposit. If you cancel after June 30th, 2025 any money paid until that point is non-refundable. While there is no intention to cancel anything, in the chance that the host has to cancel, all funds besides non-refundable deposit will be returned. Payment plans are available upon request!

Lo Sereno is a beautiful and intentionally curated luxury boutique hotel with a 3-mile-long unspoiled beach. This hotel is thoughtfully designed with handmade textiles,  typical Mexican design, and a clean, tropical-rustic flare. Each room is complete with AC, spa rain-drop shower and a private bathroom patio. The 10 rooms share a beachfront common space with a local restaurant, bar, and glittering infinity pool.
