Join Candace Soderberg, ERYT 500, for an unforgettable journey of self-discovery and rejuvenation. Set in the quaint village of Paamul, Quintana Roo - Mexico’s hidden gem, against the breathtaking backdrop of the Riviera Maya’s pristine beaches and lush landscapes.

This retreat offers the perfect blend of relaxation and transformation. Each morning will begin with a Vinyasa practice to invoke self-inquiry, and curiosity. We will end each evening with a Yin/Restorative practice to support and nurture the nervous system. Meditation and breathwork will be weaved through each practice. Discussion and journaling will be offered as an optional exploration. 

In addition, attendees will have the opportunity to explore local culture through two guided excursions, indulge in delicious, healthy cuisine, and form lasting connections. 

What are the payment, refund and cancellation policies?

• All fees are in US currency.
• Pricing is based on double or single/private occupancy, and your accomodation selection.  Each accomodation has limited availability and is sold on a first come basis. Early Bird pricing expires on July 5, 2024. A $500 USD deposit is due to reserve your booking.  Deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable. After July 20, 2024, the deposit amount increases to $1000 USD.
• Payment Plans are available until August 31, 2024. Payment schedules can be seen when selecting your accommodation. Book before July 20, 2024 to secure your spot with a 500 USD non-refundable/non-transferable deposit  
• Should you cancel your payment plan after August 15, 2024 you will be responsible for paying 50% of total fees with deposit. 100% of fees are non-refundable/non-transferable as of September 1, 2024.
• Full payment is due by September 20, 2024 if you have a payment plan. Failure to pay on time will result in the forfeiture of your fees and spot on the retreat unless flexibility is granted by retreat organizers ahead of time.
• Purchases paid in full remain subject to a non-refundable and non-transferable deposit. 50% of fees, with deposit, are non-refundable as of August 15, 2024; 100% of fees are non-refundable/non-transferable as of September 1, 2024.
• If booking as an individual for shared accommodation, we will do our best to pair you with a roommate. However, if a roommate cannot be found, you will be required to upgrade for an additional fee.
• In the event of a natural disaster, travel ban or political unrest resulting in the suspension or cancellation of the retreat, fees will not be refundable. Travel insurance is recommended.
• Candace Soderberg or Cornerstone Yoga Inc. is not responsible for your expenses incurred in preparation for any cancelled retreat, such as airline tickets, loss of work, and/or other costs associated with preparing for your trip.
