Join us on this 4-day deep dive inward in one of the most sacred places in Greece! We will be integrating fascial release, breathwork, lymph work and movement to unlock the divine within. These four days will be filled with sacred sharings of the soul group that will emerge. We will be facilitating many parts to come forward and will integrate and weave deep into our divine.

George from Icon Performance NYC will be joining me on this journey sharing his gifts of movement and emotional healing.

We will meet on September 12th at 4:00 pm for an opening circle and group dinner.

We will end at 4:00pm on September 15th.

Tentative Itinerary:

8:00am- Movement Practice

8:45am- Breakfast

9:30am- Fascial Release Workshop

12:30pm- Lunch

Afternoon- Free Time

5:00pm- Breath work, lymph work, chakra work and more

8:00pm- Dinner

Meteora is a 4-hour drive from Athens.

Arrival: Please arrive at Athens Airport by 10am on 9/12. We have booked a van that will drive the group to Meteora to check in around 3:00pm. We will coordinate all travel arrangements via our Whatsapp group after you register.

Departure: Everyone is responsible for their own departure arrangements. Feel free to coordinate with the others who are joining via our Whatsapp group (you will be added after you sign up). We are ending on Sunday, the 15th between 12:00 and 1:00pm.

We are keeping the group small and intimate. There are only 5 rooms. Limited spaces.

This workshop will be facilitated by Maria Alfieris, Physical Therapist and Energy Medicine Practitioner for over 38 years with expertise in healing the body, mind and emotional systems to help you discover and unlock your inner physician and gateway to self love.
