James Kapicka will be joined by co-facilitators Ashley Klemens & Nathan Foli! Ashley is passionate about guiding people in the process of self discovery and embodiment. She will be supporting and assisting yoga practices and offering safe space for free movement expression. Nathan's passion is encouraging others to express themselves through music, specifically drumming, in order to hone their intuition and creativity. He will be offering sound bath and drumming into abundance.
