La Torre Tours and Hotel was formed by Irma Vargas, Eddy Orihuela and their sons Roberto and Carlos in 2004 when they realized that with 10 years of overlanding experience between them the time was right to begin their own venture. Our vehicles are built and adapted for overland use. Our office is staffed by our friendly team who have been with us as past travelers and crew and who are committed to providing our groups with a high level of service, and our road crews with efficient operational and logistical backup.

Wir hatten eine fantastische 4-Tages-Tour von San Pedro de Atacama nach Uyuni mit unserem Fahrer/Guide Herlan und unserer Köchin Porfi. Die Organisation der gesamten Tour war, angefangen von der Abholung und Betreuung beim Grenzübertritt bis zum Ende der Tour in Uyuni, tip-top. Herlan ist sehr umsichtig und angenehm gefahren und hat uns vieles erklärt. Das Essen war, vor allem im Hinblick auf die teils sehr begrenzten Möglichkeiten, sehr gut! Die Orte die wir während der Tour besucht haben waren sehr beeindruckend, wir haben unglaublich viel erlebt. Da wir einen Tag wandern wollten (Uturuncu), blieb als Option nur eine private Tour. Diese war deutlich teurer aber trotzdem jeden Cent wert!

Most beautiful trip I ever made. Guide took care we were nearly everywhere alone. It was magic. Food en nights were not perfect but the rest was .
