This "Travel with Purpose" adventure will provide opportunities for US and Honduran Bay Island teachers to share teaching strategies and gain new insights surrounding the education of students who speak a different mother-tongue than the dominant language within a society. ie. Native English speakers in Spanish-speaking classrooms; or Native Spanish-speakers in English-speaking classrooms.

Engaging with local non-profit (PIER - Partners in Education Roatan)- educational collaboration

• Share wisdom and strategies for teaching non-native language students 
• Educational collaborations with Bay Island teachers
• Learn about the marine environment and its importance to the Bay Islands 

Excursions: 

• Snorkel/dive 2nd largest Reef; kayak/paddle board (3-5 days - package options available)
• Dolphin experience (group)
