Welcome to a week of elevated relaxation in Costa Rica with Liz and Chelsea! Join us October 5-12th on the Caribbean coast for an all-inclusive retreat in Puerto Viejo, where the jungle meets the sea in a vibrant intersection of wellness and adventure.
Throughout the week, we'll enjoy elevated yoga classes and delicious meals, while exploring the rich culture and biodiversity of Puerto Viejo. With plenty of chill time factored in, the hardest decision you'll have to make all week will be beach or pool. Whether you're soaking up the sun, exploring new places, or connecting with fellow retreaters, this experience is all about keeping the good vibes rolling.
