Immerse yourself in an 8 day/7 Night Yoga Eco-Retreat with the additional bonus of a Yoga Sculpt Training Intensive with one of LA's Top Yoga Teachers, Cornelius Jones. This will be an open level experience, meaning Yoga practitioners of all levels are welcomed. From novice to advance. Non-advanced yogis will gain a wealth of information to start you on your yoga journey, and advanced yogis will brush up on skills already learned while being introduced to new information.

We will begin the retreat with a tour of Xinalani and Yoga Orientation to set a powerful intention to prepare you for the transformative experience you are embarking on. Wake up with tea or coffee and sit quietly to journal or hang out in a hammock listening to the waves and watching the sunrise. Cornelius will lead you through a morning invigorating flow practice class that will align you with your inner best for the day. Morning practice will be followed by Training Session 1 of Yoga Sculpt. Both, practice and session 1 will be held at the Hot Yoga Studio.

Enjoy a healthy breakfast and then free time for whatever your heart desires. There are plenty onsite and offsite activities and adventures to be enjoyed making of each day an exceptionally unique experience.

Lunch will be healthy and planned to your needs with healthy gourmet vegetarian and non-vegetarian foods inspired by delicious traditional Mexican recipes.

After lunch chose to spend your time relaxing in your personal hammock, receiving a massage, enjoying one of the many optional eco adventure excursions or on the beach connecting with like-minded fellow yogis. Enjoy optional afternoon hiking to a beach town and to nearby waterfalls. Swimming, snorkeling, kayaking, beach walks are always available at your leisure on Xinalani’ s private beach.

Yoga Sculpt Training Session 2/Integrated with Creative Arts & Healing Workshops will be held for three hours each late afternoon/evening at the Jungle Studio. A magnificent palm-thatched roofed temple situated on a hilltop with dramatic ocean views. The Jungle Studio is Xinalani’ s most awe-inspiring yoga studio. You will have many options to end your evening with. Meditation and stretch sessions will be held nightly by the sea and anyone who wants to join is welcome. There is also a Lounge bar in the heart of Xinalani, down the mountain and near the beach. It’s the perfect place to enjoy music and meet new people, or simply relax and watch the world go by.

Cornelius is a Yogi.Performer.CreativeHealer.Author.Entrepreneur Cornelius has been featured in Cosmopolitan and OK Magazines alongside his student, Actress & Entrepreneur Jessica Alba (founder of The Honest Company). He has taught a list of celebrities and reality stars while living in LA. In addition, Cornelius is a veteran performer of NYC's Broadway theater scene having performed in shows such as The Lion King, Thou Shalt Not, and Smokey Joe's Café. He can also be seen performing in the LA and San Diego theater community. When Cornelius is offstage and out of the yoga studio, he works independently for various small businesses & alcohol and drug rehabilitation centers providing the services of yoga, meditation, movement, healing arts, improv, and creative writing.

The yoga, food, people and location was stellar! Cornelius planned a wonderful retreat! Already excited for next year.

My week with Cornelius and Steven was magical in every way. I went to take a big exhale after a challenging last 12 months. I got way more out of the week than I could have ever imagined. I left as a better version of myself. I left with more direction and purpose. I left with a sense of self that had been missing for quite some time. The group dynamics were pure magic. I miss them all and can't wait for our reunion. Cornelius and Steven have true super powers in leading a retreat such as this and I feel as if I won the lottery having been able to participate.

This was a divine and synergistic experience for me. Everyone there was suppose to be present participating & supporting the process. I feel really blessed to have been on a retreat for 8 wonderful days where nothing, not even a hurricane, could rain on our parade. The trip was so much better than I imagined. Cornelius and Steven did an amazing job preparing all the classes & workshops, while still tuning in to what the group needed and letting their intuition take the reins. They created a magical experience, and attracted a beautiful group of people that I will never forget. I highly recommend this retreat to anyone in need of healing movement, relaxation, and overall FUN!!
