Peru holds a very special place in my heart and my intention with bringing you there is for you to feel fully immersed in immense beauty, mystical and ancient energy & traditions and to take some time to step out of your comfort zone. Personally, I've learned so much more when I give myself the opportunity to step into a new place with an open heart, not really sure of where I will end up or what will happen, but fully surrendering into a space of trust. It is within this space of trust where all the transformation takes place. Some may consider this crazy, but I consider this to be the most courageous and profound experience one can do for themselves, on every level.
If you've ever had a desire to travel, but never felt it was the right time, or you had enough money, etc. (the list can go on), I invite you to put all of that aside, accepting this as an invitation (for yourself) on a deep personal journey, exploring the many parts of yourself that you may have never even imagined existed. This retreat is here to instill a deep sense of Self, a connection to Source so that you may continue to walk this life with an even more open heart and ever-expanding consciousness.

What’s included
- Guided tour Machu PicchuIncludes entrance fees, a guide and all transportation to arrive/return.
- 8 Night AccommodationWe will be staying at Sacha Munay retreat center for most of the time. We will spend one night in Aquas Calientes on our trip to Machu Picchu.
- Organic Vegetarian MealsAll meals included while at Yoga Mandala. Meals not provided during the trip to Machu Picchu. Vegan options and dietary restrictions considered.

- Daily yoga + meditationI will be guiding you each day through a yoga asana practice, as well as meditation and pranayama exercises. My intention is to have this be the most consistent part of our time together.
- Despacho CeremonyLed by a Q'ero shaman, a despacho is similar to a mandala or sacred creation in that it holds symbolic elements and the prayers of the participants. The despacho becomes a living prayer.
- Sound Healing CircleSound Bath at sacred archeological site, Urcos
- Temazcal CeremonyA temazcal is a traditional steam bath which uses medicinal plants in a heated adobe structure. Promoting physical well-being & healing, the temazcal is also seen as a ritual & spiritual practice
- Cacao and Fire CeremonyA cacao ceremony is an opportunity to connect to yourself and open your heart. Because of cacao’s ability to increase your connection to your inner self and your heart chakra, it aids in any transform
