Make yourself the priority as you take time to journey inward, unwind, release, and cultivate your inner wisdom through meditation sessions, mindful movement, and a thought inspiring workshop from Kelly on the picturesque east coast of Ireland.
During the day we will enjoy a delicious meal prepared by a Master Chef who designs meals that promote health and nutrition and will delight your taste buds. Based on the philosophy that Food Is Medicine, quality ingredients are chosen for their seasonal & environmental appropriateness – many of which are grown on-site. While on-site you can enjoy the property’s beautiful views, walk the gardens, or take in the breathtaking views of Wexford.
