*Note*: If you haven't attended a retreat with Rebecca before, or attended at least 5 classes or workshops, please book a Connection Call, as we want to ensure this experience provides what you need, that intentions and expectations are aligned, and you'll feel fully supported. This is also the perfect time to ask questions about the retreat!

Sacred renewal is open to women and non-binary folks 21+, warmly welcomes LGBTQ+, all races & religions/spiritual practices. No prior retreat/yoga/meditation practice is necessary (however it is recommended!). All practices will be "all-levels" and you're encouraged to listen to your intuition and adapt as needed.

Time slows down in Taos, the air is clean & crisp, the sun and stars are brighter. In the wide open spaces and majestic mountains there's room to fully unravel and expand. Come retreat to these spiritually charged lands filled with rich history and culture and reconnect with the magic of life.

Sometimes we have to leave home, to find home within ourselves. Sometimes we must leave our family to connect to the soul family that awaits us. 

Whether you'd like to hike the Sangre de Cristo mountains or watch the sunset sipping tea around the firepit, visit the local shops or art galleries, soak with us in mineral rich hot springs or look up at star constellations in awe... there is no shortage beautiful spaces to relax, heal or be inspired by. 

Hyperslow Retreat Center  will be our retreat home base. It is located at the historic San Geronimo Lodge in Taos. Recently renovated and being restored by the new owners, they look forward to hosting us in the “Land of Enchantment”. (Fun fact for all you woo-woo women, the address is 1111 Witt Rd!). 

During your stay for sacred renewal you'll have full access to the amenities including: hot tub & sauna, fire pit & hammocks, tea room,  lounge & library, walking path & labyrinth (pool is closed for the season)

Getting There: for those in the southwest region you're welcome to drive. Otherwise we recommend flying into Santa Fe (aprox. 90 minutes away) on Wednesday April 23rd, by 1pm *OR* flying into Albuquerque (2 hr drive) by noon. 

You are responsible for your own transportation to/from the venue. But we are happy to help coordinate rides/rental cars with other attendees or help connect you with a company we know/trust for shuttles or private car service to or from either airport.

Weather: Expect crisp mornings, sunny warmer afternoons and cold nights. 

Elevation: Taos is located in New Mexico's high desert mountains, at about 7,000 ft. If you're not used to higher elevation you're welcome to fly in to Santa Fe a day early to "acclimate". We will also provide electrolytes and plenty of water for you.

Due to the financial responsibility of Rebecca for booking and holding the retreat property, all payments are non refundable. We understand no one books a retreat with the intention of cancelling or not attending, but that emergency changes might arise. Should you need to cancel refunds are not available, however your retreat fees are transferable (if you find someone else to fill your spot). 

Full payment is due by January 15th, 2025 if you booked before Jan 1st. For any bookings after Jan 15th, your full payment is due by March 1st, 2025.

Travel Cancellation Insurance

It is your responsibility to read and understand our cancellation policy before making a reservation. Naturally, no one books with the intention of canceling or postponing their retreat, but unexpected things do happen, so please consider purchasing travel cancellation insurance. Depending on the policy and conditions, travel cancellation insurance will pay for some or all cancellation fees. With most agencies, insurance must be purchased within 14 days of making your reservation. Rebecca has taught yoga to the US men’s national soccer team, guided a group of over two thousand people in meditation at Wanderlust Yoga Festival and led soul practices for billionaires on Richard Branson’s private island, Necker Island. She has been teaching yoga for 12+ years and has hosted 10 retreats around the world. She's also the co-founder of Soul Talks Meditation, which helps folks harness the power of their intuition.

Rebecca Niziol discovered meditation as a kid to soothe anxiety, yoga to rebalance after injuries as a professional dancer, and the power of community connection in healing heartbreak & illness. She now brings this healing energy and joy to others through her coaching, classes and events.

Join Master Herbalist, Cinnamon to tap into the power of natural medicine. Incredibly intuitive and gifted, she will be guiding us in using the highest quality herbs to create a custom sacred renewal blend for the group (tea or tincture) that you can use during and post retreat. Your bodyworker: Andra Maddox

A time and space to completely unravel what your body and energy have been holding. Andra will be available throughout the retreat for 1:1 healing body work sessions that blend massage, cranial sacral, reflexology and energy medicine. Her gentle touch and intuitive approach will ensure you receive what you need to leave the retreat feeling renewed and energetically lighter. (1:1 session costs are not included in retreat pricing/are paid for separately during the retreat)
