Sacred Resonance Yoga Retreat Puglia , Italy 2025 has a new home @casinanand . “A magical oasis of peace that invites you to a journey deep within and outside your whole being “.

We are so surrounded by 15 acres of fruit trees , olive groves , citrus garden , operating farm from which the kitchen creates a menu that intrigues all the senses all from the land. It is a deep immersion into this very old land that has been producing a sweet and beautiful harvest .

Each room is unique and inspired by a chakra . It invites you to bask in the energetics of color and texture , space and silence to reconnect to a deep internal realignment .

On the grounds we will have use of a hammam; sauna , steam , pools with varying temperatures and a cold plunge . In additional

a lovely outdoors pool with sun beds. Shiatsu and massage by appointment.

*15 Km from the beautiful baroque city of Lecce and about 20km to the Ionian Sea Casin Anand is a place devoted to rebalancing the body, mind , and spirit. 

Bikes will be available for rent . Taxis upon request .1 optional afternoon trip to a magical location, van fee 25eu (paid on site )

*Space is limited . 10 rooms , some can be shared.

*In addition we have a sweet dormitory of 10 beds and 5 bathrooms. It is a special, quiet and simple room with a sparkle of elegance .Old monastic style and quiet vibes with ample space . This is at a reduced price for a single bed in the dormitory .
