Phoebe the lady we liaised with made the process as smooth sailing as possible for us and was also very attentive during the planning process. For the trip, we had a very knowledgeable and well experienced driver in Nick who guided us through the Safari and shared as much information as possible about the animals spotted. Nick was very funny and had a lot to share with us about Kenya, he made sure we were well taken care of us throughout the whole experience and ensured we had the opportunity to make the most of our excursion. We had a very amazing time and I would definitely be rebooking through Steri Tours on my next trip.
