Early morning, arrival to Santiago de Chile and guided transfer to your hotel.
Your room will only be available from 15:00 hrs, so in the meantime, to stretch your legs, we will head out on an entertaining tour. This time, along with our chef “Tatán”, we will head to Mercado Central and Vega Central, bustling markets renowned for their amazing seafood arriving daily from the Pacific Ocean as well as fresh fruits and vegetables from the Central Valley of Chile. Here, we will be delighted by the calls of popular vendors inviting visitors to taste and buy their products. In this place, our guests can choose some products to later cook alongside our Chef in his kitchen.
We will then head to the Chef’s apartment in the exclusive El Golf neighborhood, which boasts beautiful views of the Andes Mountains. We will be welcomed with a complete cocktail, accompanied, of course, by delicious wines from the Central Valley of Chile. In this setting, we will enjoy an entertaining cooking class using the previously selected ingredients and others, where we will learn to prepare typical Chilean dishes such as Reineta Ceviche or Charquicán, which we will then enjoy for lunch. It will be a delightful gathering to chat and learn about our culture, a fantastic start to our journey through the central region of Chile.
Check-in at the hotel (15.00 hrs).
