About this trip

SARGA BODYWORK® is a barefoot massage method that employs the use of a fabric strap fastened to a massage table to deliver therapeutic myofascial and deep tissue techniques. This length of fabric is used by practitioners for stability and to add tensional and gravitational force to specific manual therapy methods. These methods, applied with the broad contact surfaces of the feet facilitate less restriction and more ease and relaxation in recipients’ bodies.

Lisa is a great instructor! She created a warm and encouraging class environment, was thorough and patient in her teaching, and had her sweet teaching assistant - Bruno the dog - as well. Learning Sarga was an awesome experience, made even better by Lisa. Already planning to take 102 with her in the future!!

I had the most amazing trip to Colorado to attend Lisa's Sarga 101 and 102 courses! I would highly recommend her to anyone looking to learn this technique. Her extensive knowledge of all things Sarga, coupled with her awesome sense of humor, guarantees that you will get maximum value from the course while also having a great time.

Lisa is an amazing teacher! The class went seamlessly & she even came up with a solution almost effortlessly when me and another student didn’t have sheets! 🤪 The space class was held in was also very welcoming, private, & conveniently located to downtown ,Longmont, CO. Within walking distance to anything and everything you might need; from coffee & parks, to food & lodging, shopping & night life. Overall wonderful experience! I will definitely be returning to Lisa as not only a teacher of Sarga, but a mentor! 🥰👣✨🙏🏽
