Cova de Coloms is one of the only sea caves that allows you to explore a natural wonder and swim in crystal-clear pools made thousands of years ago. This cave is unforgettable, boasting a “wow” factor surpassing any tourist attraction.
Located on the coast of Cala Romantica, we start our tour with a 30-minute walk across the clifftops, offering panoramic views of the east coast of Mallorca. Once we reach a small beach at Cala Falco, we have two options to continue the adventure: we can rappel down to sea level or swim the entire way from the beach, a 150-meter journey swimming out to the cave. At the entrance, one duck under the water unlocks the secret to this enchanting and magical sea cave.
You'll learn about the cave formations. The movement of water affects both the formation and mineral content of sea cave stalagmites; they exhibit a variety of amazing red colors that glisten like diamonds on the walls of this underground maze.
We will spend approximately 45 minutes exploring the cave before returning to the beach.
