Our rating of a 3 consists of a 5 for a good trip overall (to Munich and Prague) but a 1 for value and communication. The positives, by far, were meeting the other Devils fans and experiencing Munich and Prague together with them as new friends. Also several of the tours/activities Julie coordinated were a lot of fun and were a good mix of culture, history, food and beautiful views of the cities. And obviously the two Devils wins in Prague were the icing on the cake. Now on to the not so good. The communication before the trip (as well as after), or lack thereof, was highly frustrating. Having a group airline reservation is something we’ll never do again, especially for lengthy international flights. Not being able to choose our seats, view or change them until the check-in period the day before was anxiety producing. The jam packed activities schedule didn’t allow for any time shop, explore on your own, or just sit at an outdoor cafe or bar to just chill and experience the vibe. While we appreciate the intensive planning Julie did in setting up all the activities, with a large group, people are going to have different likes and dislikes. It would have been nice to have activity choices so as not to go to ones that we wouldn't have otherwise, but this probably isn't feasible without more staff to help. Lastly, the value we received for the All Inclusive portion did not come close to the amount we paid for it. Overall we had a good trip, thank Julie for putting it all together and making it happen, but it’s not something we would do again.

Overall the Trip was Good. I did not expect to walk so much. Walking between tours is not idea. Riding the Subway to and from the airport is a no no in my book. Not having a van or a buss to take us to each touer is not acceptable.It makes getting to each tour really tight npt having transportation.I would sugest not trying to fit so much in to each day. More is not alwys better. Some down time to do shopping or just relax in a Cafe would have been nice. Julie knows her stuff but doe not know how to read the people on her tours.

From the moment I dropped off my bag at Newark Airport, to my return at baggage claim, every detail was well planned and well executed, particularly given we were a large group that involved multiple flights. As expected when you travel to a European city, there was a lot of walking, with excellent guided tours of Prague and its national treasures, immersion into local culture and cuisine, along with a truly wonderful group of people, while staying at a beautiful, centrally located hotel. Treat yourself to the all-inclusive option for a non-stop excursion that will leave well versed and in awe of the city you are visiting. It goes without saying the hockey games were great, with excellent seats! Thank you Julie for showing me Prague in all its glory, and for your attention to detail and all your guests. Travel with Julie- you won't be disappointed!

Everything was great. Tickets received in time, food & beverages served. The staff was very nice. It was a great space to enjoy the game! Awesome views.
