Meet Your Co-Facilitator
Joanna Rosenthal, a wellness coach, Human Design reader, and breathwork facilitator, has transformed her personal struggles into a mission to help others. From her teenage years into her mid-20s, she battled depression, chronic stress, severe PMS, and frequent UTIs. These health issues contributed to body dysmorphia and eating disorders. Despite seeking help from numerous traditional healthcare professionals, the cycles of her ailments persisted. This drove Joanna to seek answers on her own, leading her to study holistic health at the C.H.E.K Institute, attend various educational workshops, and learn from world-renowned mentors. Her dedication to understanding holistic health revealed that most issues could be addressed through foundational lifestyle changes. By implementing these changes and listening to her body and mind, Joanna successfully alleviated her symptoms.
Through her years of guiding others, she recognized how integral mindset and subconscious work is. The actions that follow decisions is actually the easy stuff, while the rewiring of beliefs is where the magic lives. This has become her main focus in her coaching.
As a 3/5 Reflector in Human Design, Joanna possesses a unique ability that only 1% of the world’s population naturally has to understand and guide others. Reflectors are known for their capacity to mirror the health and wellbeing of their environments, making her insights particularly valuable. Her Human Design readings offer personalized guidance, helping individuals align with their true selves. Events, food and goodies are included with exception of staying on premise. There are optional add-ons, like 1:1 reiki sessions, and Human Design readings. Pickup and drop-off each day is available at a particular spot that will be disclosed closer to the event if you are not driving to the house yourself.
