We welcome you to join us for The Inner Land of Enchantment - Reset Retreat; to gather on the unique and enchanted land of Taos, New Mexico with our dear friends, family & the Enchanted Spirit itself of Northern New Mexico.
Join your host of Lotus Retreats; Loren Ferreira along with guest Empowerment Coach, William Van Vleet and our private chef Jenny Griffith; for a cleansing & resetting weekend gathering in the unique energy of Northern New Mexico.
The energy of Taos is a powerful and mystical hidden vortex in Northern America. We're inviting you to this sacred land to hold us in it's magic as we reconnect, reset and balance the energy of our inner and outer worlds. Now more than ever, we are being called to balance the Yin and the Yang, the feminine and the masculine and the inner and outer worlds of our mind, body & Spirit.
Lotus Retreats has carefully curated this weekend with morning practices to guide us back into our bodies, our energy center and reconnection with ourselves. This will include meditation, movement, some Yoga and cleansing practices to clear any blockages in the body. We'll restore in the evenings with Yin Yoga, sound healing and ceremony offerings to reconnect with ourselves, each other & the divine nature around and within us.
We'll offer excursions to hike, soak and cleanse in all of nature's natural remedies. Clean air, grounding earth and cleansing waters under the Taos Blue Skys.
Optional activities like river rafting the Rio Grande or site seeing the famous Rio Grande Gorge, Earthships, and exploring the Taos Pueblo Native American Art & Culture are encouraged!

Jenny Griffith
Jenny Griffith is an Ayurvedic Practitioner, Chef, Herbalist and permaculture designer. Jenny attended culinary school and worked in the hospitality and hotel industry for 15 years until she paved her own holistic route. After her own health challenges she had no other option but to learn how to take care of her temple through the ancient practice of Ayurveda.
Jenny has been teaching cooking classes and cheffing retreats for the past 10 years. Jenny believes that food is medicine and one must eat well to thrive. Her cuisine is an infusion of Ayurvedic Indian flavors and combining that with bioregional plants and herbs. Her mission is to invite retreat participants to allow the food to heal inside and out, so they can walk away feeling
nourished, detoxified, and renewed.
Arrive to a private, secluded and family-owned retreat center named Vista Verde, nestled at the bottom of the Carson National Forest. We'll be surrounded by trees, desert brush and blue skies somewhere between the high-desert and low-alpine forest!
The retreat property has several stand alone adobe-style casitas for private occupancy, as well as several shared homes with multiple rooms for guests preferring shared spaces! We'll use one home for the shared meals (post yoga breakfast buffets and family style dinners!) and have an entire Shala for yoga, movement and all the magic to happen..
As Dr. Sues says "it's opener there, in the wide open air" and New Mexico provides just that - open, wide open air and space for us to rest, restore, heal our minds and bodies to celebrate the adventure that life has to offer.
The weekend's offerings will include daily movement, meditation, connection exercises with ourselves, one another and within the grounding nature of New Mexico.
