About this trip
This Sicilian adventure will be a feast for the senses! Our home base will be a 17th century farmhouse in the rolling hills of central Sicily. We'll practice yoga + meditation, learn how to cultivate mindfulness and our intuition, and receive mini reiki treatments during restorative yoga classes. Our private chef will lovingly prepare vegetarian meals made from our farm's fresh ingredients. Our senses will be further awakened on the many excursions included on this trip. We'll visit the UNESCO world heritage site of the Valley of the Temples and the hilltop town of Agrigento; visit the beach town of Cefalu; and spend an afternoon, including a private tour + free time in Palermo.

If it's possible for the senses to be both awakened and soothed at the same time, it's here, immersed in the culture and natural beauty of this singular Italian Island. Andiamo.

Note that double rooms are composed of two rooms: There is a living room, bedroom, and bathroom. For couples, it works like a regular suite. For roommates, one bed can be placed in the living room area, and the other in the bedroom. This gives you a bit more privacy and you share the bathroom with your roommate.

Available options
Private transfer from the retreat center to/from Taormina on Friday of the retreat. Spend the day at your leisure exploring one of Sicily's most famous + beautiful towns as featured in White Lotus. Taormina is 2+ hours from the retreat center and this excursion is self-guided. Minimum 4 people needed to run this excursion.
