We enjoyed our stay in Rapa Nui. The hotel was a bit isolated from the town, but it’s a very nice property. On one of our nights we encountered some problems with a dog that barked all night and was still around the property in the morning. We would have expected a more deliberate effort from the hotel personnel in removing the dog from the property. For communication with the tour operator, Usage of WhatsApp should be more responsive, maybe having someone at the office who can take messages or requests. Guides were very good and presented a great panorama of the history of the island. Rain precluded us, personally, from visiting some sites, but the guides were always ready to take whomever wanted to venture in the rain and wind to reach the archeological site. Kudos to them for that! It was a very memorable experience.
