About this trip

Join inspired leaders Lori Myles-Carullo, Kaylan Wojcik, and Lauren Racanelli for a power-filled week in the heart of Costa Rica within which to let your SHAKTI SHINE! 'Shakti' is a Sanskrit word for the Divine Feminine Power at the base of all Creative Energy. All of us as women are the embodiment of this Shakti, and as we connect with this powerful energy, we find liberation from old patterns that no longer serve us and we gain the courage and inspiration to become more of who we were meant to be on a deep, rich, soul level.

Each day of this magical retreat at Mystica Lodge will be devoted to a different Shakti Goddess Energy from various spiritual traditions such as Buddhism, Christianity, Native American, and Hinduism. Our various practices of breath work, Yoga, meditation, chanting, New Moon ritual, oracle card reading, Ecstatic Dance, and more will assist us in healing what lies in the shadows of these energies and will empower us into activating and realizing those gifts within our hearts, minds, bodies, and souls. 

We will also adventure to the EcoGlide Canopy Tour by the Arenal Volcano to rise and fly at the top of the canopy of the jungle, bathe in the soothing thermal Hot Springs, and enjoy a beach day on the Pacific Coast at the lovely Playa Hermosa.

This was an amazing trip. Mytica is a magical place. There are so many wonderful things to say about it. The hosts for the week were so gracious and full of love. They met every need and more. This beautiful place in the "jungle" provided us with many local animals, plants and flowers.... The wind blows a lot and was so freeing. The Food was delicious too. Growing some of their own on the property and keeping it fresh, healthy and local. The people we met on the trip were all special unique individuals and our circle of friends grew expeditiously. We left with our cup runeth over with a clearer understanding of ourselves. We did "Rise" to an Euphoric Epic status. I highly recommend the Rise Retreat and a visit to Mysica.

Wow, I actually don't think adequate words exist to describe the total amazingness of the retreat with Lori and Kaylan at Mystica. Every moment was planned with such intention and LOVE that I felt completely seen, safe, at home, but also enjoyed such great adventure and fun! The accommodations were magical, the food was so delicious and so healthy. Dessert after every lunch and dinner, wow! Thank you, thank you, thank you!
