I had an amazing time on this retreat with Allison, Brooke, and Chrissy. The practices offered were just what I needed without being too much. I loved the accommodations, and the chef who prepared our meals kept me full and looking forward to every dinner.

Words that first come to mind when I think of my time at Mend's Salinara Farm retreat: Inviting, Serene, Nourishing The friendships that I formed can only be described as Genuine, Supportive, Encouraging, Connected This retreat exceeded all my expectations. From start to finish, this retreat was nothing short of transformative. The setting was a perfect blend of peaceful and invigorating. The yoga sessions offered a mix of challenging poses and gentle stretches and included not only traditional yoga, but also evening restorative and sound bath sessions. I had never experienced sound bath and will definitely start attending one at Mend. I was completely in a trance and felt revitalized and more in tune with my body and mind. One of the most remarkable aspects of this retreat was the opportunity to forge new friendships. Although some were from Mend, I had never met them during my usual practice sessions. Some participants came from all over, on their own, not knowing a soul. The shared experiences, from meditative sessions to group meals, created a warm and welcoming environment where genuine, meaningful relationships could flourish. I met incredible individuals with whom I shared conversations and joyful moments (and sometimes tears!), forming bonds that I know will last a very long time, if not forever. If you’re looking for a yoga retreat that offers not only physical and mental renewal but also the chance to build lasting connections, I wholeheartedly recommend any one of the Mend retreats. Although the location was A+, It was the intimate group size that allowed me to leave there with a new sense of community and connections. I want to thank Mend (Brooke, Chrissie, Allison) for creating such a nurturing and inspiring space. Your dedication to the practice made this retreat not just a getaway, but a path of self-discovery and shared connection. I left Sicily with a heart full of gratitude. Before I attended, I heard the retreat last year was magical. After I attended, I feel as though it was that, and then some. Looking forward to another!

This was such an incredible experience. Going on this trip really took me out of my comfort zone, but I have to say we really had a great and amazing group of people to share this experience with. Chrissy, Brooke, and Allison are some of the nicest woman I have ever met in my life. They are kind, friendly, helpful, and make you very comfortable being you. This was such a pleasure meeting them, and I cannot wait for my next retreat with them.

My experience at the Rose Island retreat with Mend Yoga was absolutely incredible. The overnight stay in a room overlooking beautiful Newport Harbor and falling asleep to the calming sound of the water exceeded all of my expectations. Every detail was carefully planned, from the delicious food to the restorative sound bath and yoga sessions, making the retreat the perfect escape. Making new friends and enjoying late-night campfire chats reminded me just how grateful I am to be part of this community. I can't wait to return next year. Thank you to the Mend family—you’re the best! 🩷🌈✨

I recently had the pleasure of attending another mend yoga retreat in Sayliuta, Mexico, and I cannot say enough positive things about my experience. From the stunning location to the compassionate and knowledgable instructors, every aspect of the retreat was truly exceptional. The retreat was held at a beautiful mountaintop villa in Mexico, which provided the perfect backdrop for a week of relaxation and rejuvenation. The views? I felt like I was in a dream! They were out of this world. The accommodations were comfortable and inviting, and the staff was incredibly welcoming and attentive. I immediately felt at ease and at home in this serene environment. The yoga classes were led by knowledgeable and experienced instructors who guided us through a variety of practices, including vinyasa and restorative yoga just to name a few. Each class was thoughtfully structured to challenge and inspire us, while also allowing for moments of introspection and self-discovery. I left each session feeling more centered and grounded, with a renewed sense of mindfulness and clarity. In addition to the yoga classes, the retreat also offered other activities such as meditation, pranayama, trips to the town and beach and local dinners. These experiences complemented the yoga practice beautifully and helped me deepen my connection to myself and the world around me. Overall, my time at the yoga retreat in Mexico was truly transformative. I left feeling physically and mentally refreshed, with a renewed sense of purpose and vitality. I would highly recommend a mend retreat to anyone looking to deepen their yoga practice, reconnect with themselves, and experience the beauty of Mexico in a meaningful and impactful way. It was a truly unforgettable experience that I will cherish for years to come.
