Around 11:00 am, the adventure continues to Castelbuono, a medieval gem nestled in the Madonie Mountains. Explore the beautifully restored Santa Anastasia Winery, originally an abbey from the 12th century, surrounded by lush lands yielding exquisite wines. Indulge in a wine tasting paired with a light lunch.

Following this culinary experience, the journey proceeds to Catania, where a guided panoramic tour unveils the city's treasures. The afternoon is yours to explore the city at your pace. Conclude the day with a delightful dinner at a local resort restaurant in Belpasso, where you'll begin your 4-night stay at the Neroli Bio Resort.

Day 8 unfolds with a departure after breakfast to the mesmerizing Etna area. As you ascend towards the summit of the Etna volcano, traverse charming Sicilian villages like Santa Venerina and Zafferana. We will have a late check-out from Neroli Bio Resort in Catania, so ample time to enjoy the resort for another day.  Prior to departing for the airport for our flight to Sardinia, we will have an aperitivo/light dinner at the hotel.

Upon arrival in Sardinia, we will have a private transfer to our hotel, the  M Gallery Palazzo Tirso, which is seaside in Cagliari. 

This morning after breakfast, we'll have a guided walking tour of this charming city.  The rest of the day is free to do as you wish--going to the beach, visiting sites, going shopping.  The choice is yours.  Lunch and dinner are on your own.

Today we'lll go out to sea and take a 4 hour cruise around the island, seeing magnificent scerery and wildlife.  May be opportunity for swim stops, so bring your bathing suit.

Rest of day is on your own, including lunch and diinner.

After breakfast, you will be taken by private transfer to the Cagliari airport for your flight home...or wherever you decide to journey next.
