Amy and Lorrie met in Sarasota, Florida via SRQ Strong’s Trauma Training with Helen Neal as both Amy and Lorrie were on their healing journeys from domestic violence. Since then they have weaved in and out of life together. Lorri is the founder of Victory Over Violence (2017), a liaison offering resources and education to survivors to help them walk in victory one day at a time. One year Lorrie surprised Amy and Helen with an award dedicated to those women who have broken the chain of domestic violence in their family.
Amy is the co-founder of NAMI The Lean on Me Project (2019) that serves local elementary and middle schools with leadership and creativity education that promotes confidence and a “can do“ perspective.
Together, Amy and Lorrie have created a dynamic week that elevates the body, mind, soul, and sisterhood in the beautiful nature of Costa Rica. See you at Flō Retreat Center!
Pura Vida,
Amy & Lorrie
