Self Discovery & Healing Retreat

Calling all female adventurers! Join us on an unforgettable journey this September as we head to Morocco. 

Embark on a journey of inner peace and transformation at our sisters only healing retreat. Join a community of like-minded women while also exploring the breathtaking landscapes, and vibrant culture of Morocco. 

This September marks the one-year anniversary of the devastating Morocco earthquake that occurred on Sept. 8 th 2023. As a fulfillment of our Islamic obligations and to add value to our retreat, we will be fundraising for the local community there. One day will be spent giving back to victims of the Earthquake disaster and connecting with them. Distribution items will include food, hygiene kits, toys for the kids, Quran and educational materials.

Thursday, September 12 to Tuesday, September 17

Price: $1650 USD (flights are NOT included)

DAY 1 :

WELCOME TO MARRAKECH

The adventure begins! We arrive in the morning into Marrakech where our team will meet you as you come through customs and take you to our Riad, one of the best in the city! After settling in we will head out as a group to the local markets and Souks, leading you through the bustling bazaar and the mesmerising lanes of the old Medina.

DAY 2 :

THE ATLAS MOUNTAINS

Today we head to a small town in the foothills of the Atlas Mountains. Here we meet our local guide with expert knowledge of the region. In the late morning we will enter The Atlas Mountains.

These mountains are known for their scenic routes, varying terrains, and panoramic views. En-route we will visit one of the many Berber communities and get an insight into their daily lives, traditions, and customs. We will partake in a traditional berber group activity with a cooking class or a pottery class.

DAY 3:

FULL DAY HIKE

Enjoy a full day in the mountains, trekking to raise money for charity. We will spend the entire day hiking in the stunning Atlas Mountains, starting early in the morning and arriving in the evening. The scenery is breathtaking, with challenging sections along the way, but the experience will be incredibly rewarding by the end.

DAY 4

COMMUNITY DAY

Today you will spend the day giving back to the community through charity work. This includes donating and distributing food and essentials to the local community and those affected by the

earthquake, helping to rebuild houses, and spending time with orphans. After a fulfilling day of service, we will head back to Marrakesh.

DAY 5

FREE DAY

This day is for you. You can either explore the old medina, relax and unwind with a traditional hamam and massage or take a day trip to Agafey desert or Ozoud waterfalls, these activities can be arranged closer to the time.

DAY 6

HOMEBOUND

Sad times! Time to say goodbyes, airport transfers will be arranged.

Marrakech:

Riad Anya is one of the most exclusive Riad’s in Marrakech and the perfect base to relax and unwind. The Riad is located a short walk from the old Medina. There is also a spa so do pack your swimwear 

Mountain lodge:

The days in the mountains will be spent in traditional berber guesthouses, with the most breathtaking views, taking it back to basics and the simple life, shared rooms with bathrooms

-Local currency moroccan dirhams 

-Weather 25 - 30 degrees 

-Part of this trip we will be in remote areas , remember this is not a boujee holiday but a life changing experience so the motto is to travel with an open mind soul and heart

-Travel Insurance is mandatory (most credit cards have this already)
