Luco is back for the 2024 Season and is planning the biggest trip yet!
Location
This year we're looking at the Ski Domain of Portes Du Soleil. With more than 650 km of marked pistes and about 200 lifts spread over 14 valleys and 13 resorts (8 French and 4 Swiss), Portes du Soleil ranks among the two largest ski areas in the world.
We're currently looking at staying in Chatel. Which although being one of the lower resorts has great connections to both France and Switzerland.
Accommodation
Open plan kitchen, fully equipped. 230m². Living room without a sleeping area. Seven ensuite bedrooms. Towels and Linen included.
Private relaxation area (level -1) with jacuzzi, sauna and bathroom (shower, sink and WC). Direct access to the garden. Parking for two cars.
Chalet La Cascade is located 750m from the Linga Gondola.
Travel
Flying to Geneva airport from both Gatwick or Newcastle with EasyJet and Jet2 respectively.
Hold luggage included. 23kg for EasyJet, 22kg for Jet2. There is the option for additional sports luggage if you want to take your own skis/board.
There is a surcharge for flights from Newcastle.
We‘re hiring two people carriers for the week to get us to and from Chatel, as well as getting us around the resort. Fuel is factored into the cost.
