Join Ali Brashler and Maggie Umberger for 4 days of yoga and connection during the pause that is the winter season in our own personal Michigan snow globe.
Enjoy 2+ energizing practices each day in our new state of the art gym and yoga studio, restorative yoga and recovery sessions, multiple mini breakout sessions including breath work, goal setting, private movement sessions, meditation, journaling and even fun activities to bring our group together in a playful and rejuvenating way.
Additional activities will include optional:
- Cold Plunge in the Lake (icebergs permitting)
- Infrared Red Light Therapy Sauna in the woods
- Hot Tub
- Winter weather walks in nature and the beach
- Vision Boards and crafts (channel your inner child at camp!)
- Kick off a 6 week movement plan with Maggie (see add on option for more information)
Ali and Maggie believe that the spirit of light-hearted movement and lots of PLAY can be medicine for the soul, and we'll be offering additional activities to foster this energy like nature walks, bonfires and maybe even sledding or building a snowman to nurture our mission :) Pack up your snow suit!!
So come explore the winter shores and snowy forests of Southwest Michigan at Ali’s privately owned retreat center, The Pier Cove Grove. We are located 15 minutes north of South Haven and 8 minutes south of Saugatuck. Address will be provided the week before the retreat.
Enjoy 7 acres of land including 4 different structures and endless experiences. Stay in a brand new modern cabin, a French country lakeside cottage or a private A Frame cabin all set on a property equipped with an outdoor sauna, putting green and driving range, hot tub, indoor and outdoor wood burning fire places, 200 ft of private Lake Michigan Beach frontage, wooden trails and so much more!

The most private and luxurious experience on the property! Enjoy your own private A frame cabin in the woods with a beautiful lake view. This cabin has a queen bed, kitchenette with fridge, coffee maker and microwave, full bathroom, wood burning stove, heat and A/C and seperate wifi. Did we mention it is right next to the infrared sauna?!

Want to keep the momentum going after the retreat?! Maggie is offering personalized 6 week virtual training plans to take with you when you go home! This package includes a 1 hour private session with Maggie during the retreat to assess movement, set goals and kick off your training program plus 6 weekly virtual sessions after the retreat.
