Each day will be an intentional blend of yoga, somatic based practices, and plenty of time to rest and enjoy the views. Your only job will be to enjoy yourself!

Diana and Veronica will facilliate an incredible weekend of movement and rest, and we cannot wait to enjoy the Arizona desert with you.
The house is a stunning, modern design set amongst Arizona's natural beauty. The property spans multiple acres with the desert mountains as a backdrop. And it should be as it is minutes from Saguaro National Park! There are plenty of hiking and biking trails nearby for those who want to explore the land. The house has a pool, hot tub, sauna & fireplace for those who prefer to simply relax on the property-- either way, you probably won't want to leave.
Diana May Yoga has been teaching yoga full time since 2009. Her approach to practice is infused with anatomy, alignment and mindfulness. She believes that yoga is a way to observe both physical and psychological patterns, to understand tangibly cause and effect, to choose a new way forward if desired, and above all else to be kind. Veronica of Waking Womb has had a reverence for the body it’s innate capacity to heal since a very young age growing up surrounded by yoga, birth stories and bodywork. Veronica has a background in yoga, Holistic Pelvic care, Birth work, and focuses primarily on helping people heal trauma through their nervous system in Somatic Experiencing . Her emphasis centers the pelvic bowl.

This room is for two people to share a king bed. You will have the room to yourselves. You will share a bathroom with one other room. Price is listed per person.

The property is currently building two geodesic domes for us to use. As soon as we have pictures, trust me I will post them! Each dome will have two beds, a private sink and shower. The toilets will be outside of the domes.
Each dome will have two guests. Each guest will have their own bed.
