For those who are tired of being tired with aches and pains they no longer know what to do with, or those who are just ready to create more flexibility, mobility, and freedom in their bodies, SomaticStretch® retreats are guaranteed to deliver you to a state of physical fluidity!
Learn more about how your body works from a fractal perspective, release hidden tensions through an understanding of the natural stretch reflex in the body, and clear out a closet full of stress and anxiety. We will be journeying through Magdalene territory and learning more about sound, music, and chant as a doorway into the inner sanctum.

- Bio-acoustic workshopInternationally renowned harpist, Ani Williams, will be leading us through her groundbreaking work on the science of sound, alongisde her Harp and songs of the Troubadour lands we will be visiting
- Local Day tripAlongside Ani Williams we will be visiting some local sites known to be connected to Mary Magdalene, and the ancient, esoteric history of the region.
- Day HikeLocal wildwater swimmer, Wendy York, will be taking us on a great hike to stretch our legs and find some beautiful, natural water to swim in.
- Optional morning hikesWendy will also be available to take people on early morning walks for those who want to start the day before class taking in fresh air and Nature
