Our journey with World Vegan Travel to climb Mt. Kilimanjaro was nothing short of extraordinary. From the moment we arrived, we were immersed in a meticulously planned adventure that catered to every detail, ensuring a seamless and enriching experience. The vegan meals were a highlight, offering delicious and nutritious options that fueled us for the challenging trek ahead. It was incredible to enjoy local flavors and know that every meal was thoughtfully prepared with our dietary preferences in mind. The trek itself was awe-inspiring. The guides were knowledgeable, supportive, and genuinely passionate about helping us reach the summit. Their expertise and encouragement made all the difference, especially during the tougher parts of the climb. The camaraderie among our group was fantastic, and we formed lasting friendships with fellow travelers who shared our values and enthusiasm for adventure. Reaching the summit of Mt. Kilimanjaro was a life-changing moment. The sense of accomplishment and the breathtaking views from the top are memories we will cherish forever. The entire experience was enhanced by the care and attention to detail provided by World Vegan Travel, from the comfortable accommodations to the well-organized itinerary. If you’re looking for a travel experience that combines adventure, sustainability, and a strong sense of community, look no further than World Vegan Travel. This trip exceeded all our expectations and left us with a profound appreciation for the beauty of Tanzania and the joy of shared experiences. Thank you, World Vegan Travel, for an unforgettable journey!

What an amazing and unique adventure! I love traveling with World Vegan Travel. Their trips are always wonderful. It’s lovely traveling with like-minded individuals and not having to worry about food. The accommodations in Arusha were extremely nice and the “glamping” during the Climb of Mount Kilimanjaro was fun. SiSi Trekking was so supportive and there were times that I felt like royalty with the cleaning of my shoes and meeting us with juice on the trail after a long day. Victor and his table of tea and treats in the middle of the wilderness was always a welcomed sight. The food was delicious and nutritious with extensive variety. Chico made dining a treat even on the mountain. The trip was challenging but rewarding and the best moment had to be when Brighde met us on the trail with a truck to drive us to the finish line. Perfection! The after-parties (on the mountain after the trek and back in Arusha) were so much fun! We were clearly the envy of every other trekker who only got a medal for his/her efforts. The gift of a massage (and a facial as my husband chose to forgo his massage) and of washing laundry were just a few other examples of how WVT goes above and beyond to provide an amazing and unforgettable experience!

Thank you so much for your lovely review! We’re thrilled to hear you enjoyed your adventure with World Vegan Travel and loved the little extras we put into making the experience special, like the tea tables, juice on the trail, and the fun “glamping” touches. We’re so glad you found the trip rewarding and that you appreciated the post-climb celebrations and thoughtful touches. We can’t wait to travel with you again on another adventure!

WOW…what an adventure!!! This was my 1st time traveling with WVT and it certainly was an excursion to remember. Brighde and Seb look after every single detail no matter how big or small…..all I had to do was enjoy the experience…which I did!! I enjoyed the Tanzanian Safari, ALL the delicious food, the adventurous climbing of Mount Kilimanjaro but mostly I enjoyed the camaraderie with those who I shared this wonderful, challenging experience with!!

Once in a while you get to know/work with people that are truly outstanding at what they do: you feel taken care of, relaxed, inspired and you have nonstop fun. That’s how we feel about Colleen, Seb, David and Brighde. We had an amazing experience. What made this trip one of the bests ever is that it was not only Michelin level food, luxurious accommodations, highly entertaining + super fun activities, it was vegan!! This trip (or probably any trip with them) must be on every one’s bucket list. And if you’re not vegan, sign up: I can’t imagine how anyone would not love this food. On top of that, we got to meet such wonderful companion travelers. This was our first trip but it will certainly not be the last.

Meeting like minded, light living souls who made a choice to stay vegan, has been super tough for me. I found the heartiest bunch on this trip to Northern Italy. The meal courses were carefully picked and delicious. The conversations were even more refreshing. The hotels were just perfect. Meeting the very sparkling Colleen, Seb (love his humor), David and Brighde, made me realize why they curate a trip so well. Because it’s all HEART. It’s the sincerity in their belief. Colleen talks about compassion with absolute passion…which was my pivot point 5 years ago. One of the high points was visiting an animal sanctuary, though am quite afraid of even the gentlest cow. It was my 4th trip to Italy, but I did it to experience this energy. And there are but a handful, who create travel journeys with a desire to share the joy of discovery and have a purpose that connects deeply. I am so looking forward to packing my bags for another gorgeous, gourmet trip. Love you all

World Vegan Travel offers the ultimate in "worry-free" travel. They make sure everything is taken care of from detailed itineraries, to daily schedules, to tips for tour guides, to coins for pay toilets. That leaves you with nothing to do but thoroughly enjoy your trip. Our last day in Tuscany started with a hike along the ancient pilgrim's way Via Francigena which allowed us to fully immerse ourselves in the Tuscan countryside; next we watched our chef make pizza in a 200 year old oven, and finally we ended with a photo session at sunset in the middle of a vineyard. It couldn't have been more magical! It's impossible to plan a trip that satisfies every single traveler within a group - but Seb and Brighde come as close as one could. They work seamlessly to provide engaging events but also offer the flexibility to go for a wander through a town on your own. You can be as active or as relaxed as you want. And when it comes to the food, they go above and beyond to offer authentic food experiences for a specific destination within a vegan ethos. Our group was not only vegan but SOS (salt, oil, sugar) free and we enjoyed every single food specific to Tuscany and never had to ask what was in one dish or another. It was worry-free from the first email to the last good-bye at the end of the trip. If you ever thought becoming vegan meant your travel adventures were over, your first step should be looking into what World Vegan Travel has to offer.

Destination: Florence and Tuscany, Italy Tour Organizer: National Health Association (NHA) with World Vegan Travel Review: A Vegan Journey Through Tuscan Paradise I recently had the privilege as the Executive Director of the National Health Association (NHA) to work with Seb and Brighde of World Vegan Travel where they provided an experience for members of the NHA to enjoy Florence and Tuscany that I must say was beyond anything I dreamed of. Accommodation: Our stay at the organic, vegan agrivilla just outside of San Gimignano was nothing short of magical. Surrounded by the picturesque Tuscan countryside, the agrivilla offered a serene retreat where we could truly immerse ourselves in nature. Exploration: Throughout the trip, we ventured into the charming small towns of Volterra, Sienna, Monteriggioni, Pienza, Lucca, and Pisa, each offering its own unique charm and beauty. Whether we were strolling through cobblestone streets, admiring historic architecture, or marveling at breathtaking vistas, every moment felt like a scene from a postcard. Cuisine: Ah, the food! Our culinary journey through Tuscany was a highlight in itself. We were treated to unbelievable whole-food, plant-exclusive meals prepared with the freshest Tuscan fruits, vegetables, herbs, and flowers. Every dish was a masterpiece, bursting with flavor and showcasing the best of local produce. I never thought we could travel thru Italy and enjoy all the flavors and beauty of this culture while all meals nurtured our health and were whole-plant foods, prepared without added salt, oil or sugar. Adventures: From biking through vineyards to hiking scenic trails, we explored the stunning landscape of Tuscany in all its glory. Whether we were pedaling through rolling hills or soaking in panoramic views from medieval fortresses, each adventure left us in awe of the natural beauty surrounding us. Organizers: A special shoutout to Seb and Brighde, who orchestrated every aspect of the trip with precision and care. Their attention to detail ensured that every moment was seamless, allowing us to focus on soaking in the beauty of Tuscany without a worry in the world. Conclusion: In the end, it wasn't just about the breathtaking sights or the exquisite cuisine. It was about the connections we made, the friendships we forged, and the memories we created together. This trip was truly a once-in-a-lifetime experience, and I am grateful to have been a part of it. If you're looking for a journey that nourishes the body, mind, and soul, look no further than a vegan adventure through Tuscany with thr NHA and WVT. It's an experience you'll cherish for a lifetime.
